Playamo Partners T&C Explained
These terms and conditions define the agreement between you and the PlayAmo Partners Affiliate Program. As you launch your affiliate marketing journey with PlayAmo, make sure you understand these terms and conditions.
For starters, by registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have the legal right to participate and fully agree to these terms. You also agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws.
PlayAmo reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate this agreement at any time. PlayAmo will notify you of significant changes via email or the Affiliate Dashboard.
Sign UpAffiliate Registration and Acceptance
To become a PlayAmo Partners affiliate, you must complete the registration form on their website. PlayAmo Partners approves applications at their sole discretion and reserves the right to reject any application without giving a reason.
Sign UpAffiliate Rights and Obligations
As an affiliate, you can expect certain things from the brand, like commissions and support. Of course, you also have responsibilities. Here’s what you need to know:
- You are granted a non-exclusive right to promote PlayAmo’s brands through approved marketing materials.
- No unethical marketing practices. This includes spam, false advertising, or deceptive promotions.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions you operate in.
- You may not modify or create unauthorised materials using the PlayAmo brand.
- You cannot be an affiliate if you are a minor or an individual in restricted jurisdictions.
- You have to maintain accurate payment information. PlayAmo Partners isn’t responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts if you provide inaccurate information.
Commission Structure and Payments
Affiliates earn commissions based on the revenue generated from referred players. The standard commission model is revenue share, but PlayAmo may provide hybrid and CPA (cost per acquisition) plans on request.
Your commission is calculated based on net gaming revenue (NGR) derived from referred players, excluding bonuses, chargebacks, and processing fees.
Payments are made monthly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold. If the threshold is unmet, earnings roll over to the next month. Payments will be made via the method chosen by the affiliate, including bank transfer, e-wallets, or cryptocurrency (where available). Transaction fees may apply.
PlayAmo Partners may withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or breach of these terms.
Negative carryover applies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You must use only the official marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard.
Without prior approval, you are not allowed to bid on PlayAmo brand names or related keywords in paid search engines.
You must avoid misrepresenting the PlayAmo brand or offer unauthorised promotions.
Sign UpTermination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice.
PlayAmo Partners may terminate an affiliate account immediately if they detect fraudulent activity, unethical marketing, or trademark abuse. In the event of termination, all unpaid commissions will be paid if there has been no breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayAmo operates. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, through arbitration. If you register as an affiliate, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

PlayAmo Partners may modify or replace the affiliate agreement at any time by posting updates on their website. Changes may include changes to the committee or program rules. You must terminate the agreement if you do not agree to the changes. Your continued participation after the updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
